All guests are required to carry a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. The management reserves the right of admission to the water park and resort premises. Guests are expected to follow safety rules and guidelines posted around the swimming pool and rain dance areas. SKCPL Group is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
Room and venue bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date for a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night cancellation charge. Booking advances for marriage gardens and banquets are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your agreement.
